The Path To Happiness.

This blog makes a lot of sense to me. Happiness can prove to be very elusive sometimes, whether we are consciously looking for it or not.

‘Learn How to be Happy’, touches on a couple of things that I absolutely agree with. The first of these is exercise. It is now common knowledge that exercise is good for you mentally as well as physically. If you go out for walk then you have the added bonus of being able to enjoy nature as well.

The other thing that rings true is meditation. We used to think that it was only ‘aging hippies’ who were into this but it is now very popular with all sorts of people.
